November 2025 - Post-BreyerFest Update

Whew! Life’s been busy. Since returning from BreyerFest, my husband and I moved into our lovely new home. It’s beautiful and much bigger than our old condo, and I’m so so happy with it. Now if only I could get all the way unpacked…

Post-BreyerFest 2025 Update

First of all - I wanted to send out a heartfelt thank you to everyone who made my first BreyerFest Artisan Gallery booth such a successful event! I sold so many models - and some art prints - and I can’t be more grateful. Truly, such a positive experience.

I had a successful show Resin Renaissance on Thursday prior to BreyerFest as well. Highlight pics are below, including a first place in the Amateur Artist division for my micro Warden in the Dark Grey class and a Reserve Sectional Champ in Micro Spanish Breeds for my Criollo. Competition was so intense at the show! I’m so proud to have come away with NAN cards and some ribbons.

But the festivities were not limited to Breyer-related events! My Elemental Medallions entry to the Stone Art of the Horse contest received 2nd place in the 3D category - so exciting! I got a huge ribbon just for being in the top 3. Then I used my gift certificate prize to purchase the Stone chips models based on my designs. So cool! I took the photo below showing them next to one-another.

Overall, Horse Fest 2025 was such an incredible experience - I can’t wait for next year!

Studio Update

So many projects are coming along in the studio, including a bunch of commissions! I can’t wait to share them. In the meantime, I’m getting ready for lots of upcoming craft shows, too - say hi if you’re local to Northern Colorado - you can see the list here.

2026 Plans - Events

I am big into planning ahead. I’ve found that, as someone who works full time, and has an art business, it’s very important for me to set timelines to accomplish my goals and finish projects in time.

I’m excited to announce I’ll be attending BreyerMidWest in January 2026 and will be selling at the Artisan Gallery/Swap Meet, so look for me there. Fingers crossed I can also finish some new Breyer customs in time, too!

I’m also planning on BreyerFest 2026 as well, and competing at North American Nationals (NAN) in the days leading up to the festivities. I have quite a few NAN-qualified pieces and would love to see how they fare.
